With a background in carpentry studies at Laney College, Katelynn brings a unique understanding of homes, construction, and property potential. She has a special interest in ADUs, tiny homes, and innovative housing solutions, giving her a keen eye for opportunities that can add value and appeal to a property before it hits the market.

In addition to her real estate career, Katelynn has spent the past decade providing professional pet care services throughout the Bay Area.
